The Moutarderie Fallot, the last remaining great family-run mustard factory in Burgundy, needs no introduction. It was founded in 1840 and has even been awarded the French Living Heritage Company label, a symbol of the excellence of French expertise. The Moutarderie Fallot even sells an advent calendar with 24 different mustards, including the very latest from the Dijon Mustard range, with cocoa beans.

Maison Dufoux

This company was founded in La Clayette, in Saône-et-Loire, and has opened several shops across the region and even a foodtruck called Truck à Croquer, available to cater for private functions.
