This family-run estate was created in 1902 and produces Crémant de Bourgogne and Bourgogne wines in the Châtillonnais region, on 10 hectares of vines. The estate works to protect the soil, with a focus on agroecology, and has HVE certification. In 2003, it opened the Oenocentre Ampélopsis, a scenographic, educational and sensory space covering some 2,000m² to offer visitors a unique oenological experience in the Bourgogne region.
