The Brasserie des Trois Fontaines offers you traditional beers brewed by its own staff and according to the rules of the art: these beers are conceived with regional malt (from Brazey-en-Plaine) and French aromatic hops. After a top fermentation (addition of yeast) and a storage (cooling of the beer), the young unfiltered beer is refermented in the bottle. This natural method gives the beer its foam and sparkle. These beers do not undergo pasteurization, so they keep all their flavors and fragrances. Visits on request beyond 4 people.
