Fine-dining experience in Tournus

Restaurant Greuze: 2 restaurants serving authentic flavours

A dose of passion and a pinch of love: this is the recipe from Ecrin, Yohann Chapuis' fine-dining restaurant in Tournus

On the one side there's Ecrin where you'll be plunged into an inviting and contemporary atmosphere. The perfect place to try chef Yohann Chapuis' cuisine which is technical and respectful of flavours. You'll soon see why it has been awarded a Michelin star.

On the other side is Le Bouchon Bourguignon, where you'll find tradition, terroir and great food.

Michelin-starred chef Yohann Chapuis was trained alongside Daniel Doucet at the Hôtel de La Poste and then with Alain Rayé at La Belle Époque. He worked in some prestigious establishments before meeting Stéphanie.

Together, they decided to take over the legacy of Jean Ducloux, who invited some well-known French names to his restaurant, including Charles Aznavour and Catherine Deneuve. We can safely say that their hard work has paid off!

Valley of Gastronomy

A gourmet experience from Dijon to Marseille

An air of the south...

A timeless getaway in Tournus

Tournus is a small town with an air of the south of France, and there is so much to see and do there:

  • the narrow streets lined with colourful houses and a pretty bridge,
  • the impressive Saint-Philibert Abbey, a masterpiece of Romanesque art,
  • the banks of the river Saône, popular with recreational boaters and cyclists exploring the Voie Bleue cycle route...
