The Collovray and Terrier families have been established in the heart of the Saint-Véran appellation in the Mâconnais since 1986. The Domaine des Deux Roches takes its name from its location between the majestic rocks of Solutré and Vergisson, where it produces the emblematic appellations of southern Bourgogne, namely Mâcon-Villages, Saint-Véran, Pouilly-Fuissé, and Viré-Clessé.
