Our famous Pavés de la Route Bleue! A speciality from the Nivernais region that will warm your taste buds! To be enjoyed without moderation, at a tea party for example, accompanied by a hot drink.
Chocolate candy, hazelnut and nougatine praline, created in homage to the Nationale 7. The recipe now belongs to Céline Robert of the biscuit and chocolate factory Les Craquants du Val de Loire, in Pouilly-sur-Loire. Crunchy, melt-in-the-mouth and gourmet, this little blue pavé will have everything to seduce even the most greedy!
