In 1997, Christian Leiser, artisan-baker-pastry maker, found an old biscuit recipe... He brought it up to date and made the famous biscuit under the name "Craquants du Val de Loire". The success of this biscuit was immediate!
In 2002, he won the first prize at the International Sugar Show: "Best Biscuit of France".
To complete the range, Christian Leiser offers various chocolate sweets such as the famous Nougatines de Nevers or the emblematic Pavés de la Route Bleue.
In 2009, Céline Robert took over the family business and won first prize in the Talents Gourmands competition, artisan category.
Since then, she continues to innovate by creating recipes for sweet and savoury biscuits, sweets and chocolates, while favouring local raw materials!
A must-see address for gourmands in Pouilly-sur-Loire, who can take advantage of all these good products on sale in the shop or settle down in the tea room for a moment of relaxation.
