Hidden beneath Epinac’s town hall, lie remnants of the region’s past. The Musée de la Mine, de la Verrerie et du Chemin de fer documents the industrial past of the old Monestoy seigneury from the 18th century to modern day. Work tools, fragments of glass and a variety of everyday objects provide a glimpse into the lives of those who worked in Epinac’s coal mine, glass industry or on the railway.
