Pleasant place of relaxation on the banks of the Saône for children (various and varied games) and in the immediate vicinity of the town centre; games for children, and agrets; this park was created after the war on what was previously only a pasture rented by the town to the neighbouring stockbreeders; the arm of the river which ran behind the houses on Avenue Carnot was removed at the same time making the place lose its insular character, a flotilla of wash-house boats lined up along the site ;
