Ideally located in the heights of Gray (70 Haute-Saône, Franche-Comté), Le Cratô takes advantage of the charm of the old town to welcome you in a warm setting where you can enjoy home-made gastronomic cuisine with fresh and seasonal products.
Pascal Raget, a trained chef from the hotel school, worked for 20 years with Daniel Broyer, himself a former apprentice of Alexandre Dumaine (former owner of the Loiseau house in Saulieu).
