The restaurant offers clear, zen décor, with unsurpassed panoramic views over the vineyards of Pernand-Vergelesses and the hill of Corton. Awarded a Michelin star in the Trophée de l’Innovation 2014 du Gault et Millau, chef Laurent Peugeot is a craftsman of flavour and a technician in attention to detail; he invites his guests to taste his culinary mix of Burgundy and Japanese influences, his blending of flavours, textures and cultures. For an experience of total immersion, close to the team, the Charlemagne offers dinner "on the other side of the mirror" when you choose one of the guest tables located in the kitchen. For greater privacy, the Petit Salon is available for lunches, dinners with family, with friends, seminars...
