The Chef and owner, Jérôme Raymond, moved to the Hôtel du Morvan in July 2015, in this corner of Burgundy, and has since made his original and colourful, creative and generous mark, both in the 12 rooms and suites of the establishment, and in the gastronomic and local cuisine restaurant, La Table de Jérôme.
