A former Benedictine priory, this vast 19th century house has 5 guest rooms including 1 suite, all equipped with flat screen TV, safe and wifi, decorated with refinement. The blue room has 1 bed 160x200, a shower room and toilet. The red room has 2 beds 90x200 which can be twinned into 1 bed 180x200 (possibility of twin beds) + 1 bed 90x190, a shower room with separate toilet. The plum room has 2 beds 90x200 which can be twinned into 1 bed 180x200, a bathroom and separate toilet. The beige room has 1 bed 160x200, and a bathroom with toilet. The suite Le Clocher: courtesy tray and small fridge, 1 bed 180x200, a very large vaulted bathroom with shower and a jacuzzi bathtub with direct access to the garden with private space. You will be able to relax in the lounge library (books on Burgundy, wine, Reunion Island, novels, comics and children's books, board games and a piano) with tea and coffee available. High chair and baby bed available on request. The site owes its charm to its location at the foot of the bell tower of the Church of Saint-Agnan, in the heart of the historic centre and its large garden overlooking the Loire. Electricity socket available for recharging an electric car. Possibility of descending the Loire in canoes, visits to the vineyards of Pouilly Fumé, Sancerre and Coteaux du Giennois. Accommodation with the oeno-tourism qualification and the 'vignoble et découverte' label. Heated swimming pool open from late April to September. Table tennis. Closed car park. Bicycle loan: 6 adults and 2 children. Breakfast included. On reservation 48h to 72h in advance, possibility of table d'hôtes at 30€ per person on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays evening. Fridays and Saturdays evening minimum of 8 persons. No table d'hôtes in July and August.
