When we talk about Burgundy, we immediately think of the remarkable wines produced there. But did you know that historically a large part of the Hautes Côtes was dedicated to the production of small fruits?
A few rare artisans continue to keep this tradition alive by selecting only locally grown fruits and plants with ancient varieties, and produce nectars as good as natural.
Emblematic of Dijon, blackcurrant cream will of course be part of the tasting! But before that, we would like to introduce you to other productions of artisanal liqueur makers: Pêche de Vigne, Raspberry, Verbena and... surprise!
A tasting* not to be missed to take a gourmet bite out of the Burgundy region!
Duration of the event: 45 min (from 2.30 pm to 3.15 pm)
