Immersion dans les vignes

Dominique, a vineyard worker by trade, offers a guided tour of the history of the vines in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, followed by a tasting of Givry premier cru in a cadole dating from the 18th century.
He'll take you to the vineyard plot, where you'll learn all about the history and workings of the vines (you'll be able to work in the vineyard for a few minutes, depending on what you're doing at the time).

The visit ends with a tasting of 2 wines from the plot (wine is never better than where it was born!): two Givry premier cru "Crausot", one chardonnay and one pinot, accompanied by some homemade gougères. The tasting takes place in the vineyard hut, which dates back to the 18th century.
