The wines tasted and commented on are accompanied by a 360° projection, on the 4 walls of the room, with a soundtrack that amplifies the sensation of immersion.
Each workshop is organised around a tasting of 3 to 5 wines. Four themes are offered: Introduction to wine tasting, The vintage effect, Burgundy, Wines of the terroir and Food and wine pairing, for a price ranging from €20 to €29 and lasting from 40 minutes to 1 hour.
