Château du Moulin-à-Vent: history, terroirs and rare vintages

A benchmark estate since 1732, Château du Moulin-à-Vent lies at the heart of the appellation of the same name. For the Fascinant Weekend, we're offering immersive tours and exclusive tastings of this historic site, nestling in the heart of the Moulin-à-Vent vineyards.

From the panoramic terrace, discover the specific characteristics of Moulin-à-Vent (its soils, winds and terroirs) and then immerse yourself in the last 3 centuries of the Château's history. In the winery, we concentrate on the technical side, with a focus on our methods and choices, and a tour of the estate's centuries-old vaulted cellar.
The Chapelle des Thorins then opens its doors, where you can taste as you wish:
- 2015, the vintage of the century? the benchmark cuvée, 2 parcel selections and 1 micro-cuvée from the 2015 vintage, i.e. 4 wines, 1 hour, €25/person.
- A history of terroirs": the benchmark cuvée, 3 parcel selections and 2 micro-cuvées from the 2021 vintage, i.e. 6 wines, 1.5 hours, 48€ / person
- L'œuvre du temps": a rare vertical analysis of the reference cuvée, based on the 2005, 2011, 2015 and 2021 vintages, followed by our 3 selections from the 2021 vintage, i.e. 7 wines, 1.5 hours, 68€ / person
