As a guide and lecturer, Laurent invites you to follow him on a 3-hour guided tour to discover the history of the wines and landscape of this part of the Côte Beaune region, before tasting a Savigny by the glass.
Step back in time and get to know the Savigny appellation! From the birth of its glacial combe to the recognition of its 22 Climats classified as 1ers Crus, right up to its classification as a protected site in 2023.
Savigny-lès-Beaune is a fine example of Burgundy's wine-growing and historic landscape! The AOC is relatively old, dating back to 1937, but the history of this village and its wines goes back much further. From the birth of its glacial combe to the recognition of its 22 Climats classified as 1er Cru, this part of the Côte Beaune was recently classified as a protected site in 2023. There's no shortage of historical and artistic figures here either!
