The promise of a unique evening at the Hôtel Dieu, in an exceptional historic setting.

A gala dinner :
Hospices de Beaune wines and fine bottles donated by the sponsors (estates and wine houses) accompany a gastronomic menu.

A flavour of conviviality:
Some 600 guests gather to celebrate Burgundy wine and gastronomy.
Traditional songs, Burgundian bans, a ballet of waiters and sommeliers set the pace for the evening.
