Its black appearance, its fragrant smell and its very special texture make it a refined culinary product, an essential part of seasonal cooking when autumn comes around. Local producers will be in the limelight with the local produce market, complementing the traditional fresh truffle market certified by the Fédération Française des Trufficulteurs. There will also be a wide range of events: programme to come!
