Plant biodiversity in the Burgundy Climats and on the plate!
Culinary initiation on the theme of aromatic plants and biodiversity in the Climats: in the olfactory garden of a Climat de Meursault, discover the plants and their benefits, pick, smell and make a 100% plant salad to enjoy with a glass of Meursault Les Petits Charrons.
A visit to the olfactory garden of the Climat des Petits Charrons in Meursault and an understanding of its role in the biodiversity of the vineyards. Discover the aromatic plants in the garden: pick plants, smell raw materials used in perfumery and explain their benefits. Links with wild plants that can be found in our Climats and encourage the biodiversity that is increasingly necessary. Then, using the aromatic plants, create a 100% vegetable salad and dressing. The salad created will then be enjoyed with a glass of Meursault Les Petits Charrons, and we'll be highlighting their shared aromas. Grape juice from a Burgundy Climat for the children.
