To mark Climat Month, the aperitifs with VUE are back for 3 new evenings. The promise: an aperitif and dinner in a private venue usually closed to the public! Off the beaten track, discover some of the most unusual places and viewpoints on the UNESCO Climats du vignoble de Bourgogne site: a renowned wine estate, a site with a breathtaking view over the vineyards or an emblematic historic site.
On Friday 14 June, head to Vosne-Romanée and in particular to La Goillotte, the former winery of the Princes of Conti, to discover this emblematic site steeped in history.
When you arrive, you'll be able to find out what makes these World Heritage sites so special, particularly the Climats du vignoble de Bourgogne. This introduction will be accompanied by a guided walk through the village vineyards and a landscape reading on the history of Saint Vivant. Then enjoy the view, lulled by the magic of the place and the atmosphere of the moment... and enjoy your picnic of 100% Côte d'Or produce accompanied by 2 wines.
