Manuel Olivier is passionate about wine. He began his estate with just a few hectares of vines in 1990, in parallel with a soft fruit business. Today, he has more than 11 hectares of vines on the Hautes Côtes de Nuits, the Côte de Nuits, and the Côte de Beaune. Visitors are guaranteed a warm welcome.
