Guyot Olivier

The Guyot family is one of the oldest in Marsannay-la-Côte. Since 1990, Olivier Guyot has been running the estate with the philosophy that there is no fine wine without quality grapes. The grapes are grown using biodynamic farming methods and are harvested by hand.
Yields are carefully managed and selective sorting of the harvest ensures the production of exceptional wines.
