Domaine Chatelain

Located in Les Berthiers, in the commune of Saint-Andelain, the Domaine Chatelain cellar is open Monday to Thursday, 8am to 12pm and 1.30pm to 5.30pm, and Friday, 8am to 12pm and 1.30pm to 4.30pm.
Whether you are a couple or a group (up to 35 people), tastings, cellar tours and vineyard walks are available (guided tours by appointment).
As a general rule, it's always best to call ahead to find out if tasting is possible.

The 12th Chatelain generation, represented by Vincent, now runs the estate, which covers 30 hectares of Pouilly Fumé AOC vines, spread over 6 of the 7 communes in the appellation: Tracy-sur-Loire - Pouilly-sur-Loire - Mesves-sur-Loire - Saint-Andelain - Saint-Laurent l'Abbaye - Saint-Martin-sur-Nohain. This particular geography in parcels offers you a palette of all the terroirs of the AOC.

Since 1630, the family has worked the land on the hillsides of Pouilly sur Loire day after day. 300 years later, André Chatelain took his wine abroad and laid the foundations for its international reputation. A great deal of creative freedom and meticulous blending choices have resulted in a well-crafted, balanced and highly distinctive wine.
