“Pleasure” is the buzz word on our estate. Firstly, pleasure for the eyes thanks to our amazing cellars and tunnels. Then, pleasure for the nose and mouth thanks to a selection of our best vintages for tasting. Then there’s the pleasure of creating, with a choice of grape varietals on selected terroir, followed by careful vinification and ageing. But above all, it’s about the pleasure of meeting people and sharing, demonstrating our traditional Auxerrois conviviality.
