For 6 generations, we have been cultivating 8 hectares of vines in the communes of Meursault, Volnay, Pommard and Beaune. The Joseph Voillot estate is managed by Etienne Chaix, Joseph's grandson and nephew of Jean-Pierre Charlot, who is the grandson of Etienne Chaix and the nephew of Jean-Pierre Charlot, who is the grandson of Etienne Chaix. Our vineyard is certified high environmental value (HVE).
