At the origin, there is Charly Nicolle, a talented winemaker from the Chablis region. With Lucie, his partner on the estate and in life, the desire grew to create a nectar that was delicious, luminous and a source of joy.
Thus was born the Crémant "Lucie Thiéblemont", a haute-couture product, made in the Yonne under the best of auspices: a 100% Burgundian terroir, coupled with a Champagne climate, so favourable to distinguished sparkling wines!
