This 20-hectare family estate practices traditional vinification in stainless-steel tanks. Its HVE certification recognizes our sustainable approach to winegrowing, with no weedkilling, plowing, and carefully-dosed disease prevention. It produces Bourgogne Aligoté, Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre white and red, and Saint-Bris wines.

Change of premises to allow a tasting of our wines in full safety. From now on, the tasting and the sale are done in our cellar and not in our winery. More space to respect the required safety distance Hydro-alcoholic solution available to customers. The Chai is adjacent to our cellar so the address remains unchanged. Our customers come to 15 rue de Grisy as before, contact us (the telephone numbers are displayed on the meeting place), and we accompany them to the new premises.
