A family-run estate for five generations. Patrick moved in in 1983, after buying two hectares of vines in the villages of Chassgne-Montrachat and Saint-Aubin. With the help of his wife and daughter, Patrick now manages a holding of nine hectares spread over the villages of Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachat and Chassagne-Montrachat. He cares for his vines using integrated pest-control techniques, working the soil in an environmentally friendly way. We prune and debud severely to get a harvest of even-sized grapes and a very low yield. The grapes are picked by hand in the traditional way. The wines are aged partly in barrels, partly in the vat.
