Agnès Dewé de Launay took over this 20-hectare estate in Mercurey from her father Paul. She seeks to bring out the personality of the terroir in each of her cuvées, through work in the vines (plowing and a sustainable approach to the use of organic treatments), the choice of barrels, and bottling, while preserving the purity of the aromas and the delicacy of the tannins expressed in the wines through minimal intervention vinification.
