- produce Burgundy wines in line with the rules of the art and with absolute respect for the local soil. The winery owns all the equipment (sorting table, pneumatic press, thermoregulated stainless steel vats) necessary for exact and precise wine making.
- nurture its wines in oak barrels rigorously chosen according to the batch, the vintage and the cooper before bottling.
- select top-of-the-range wines from winemakers who share our quality requirements to express the full mosaic of Burgundy's “climats”.
We organise tailor-made guided tastings in the exclusive private setting of our 17th-century cellars, an integral part of the old Carmel de Beaune founded in 1619.
