Martin Barbieux – Le Cellier de l’abbaye
Following in the footsteps of the monks and Marc Meneau, I cultivate 2.5 hectares of Chardonnay and a few acres of Pinot Noir in four different locations.
I follow the principles of biodynamic viticulture and wish to make my wines in a minimalist way, respecting their climates and expressions.
I will be delighted to welcome you to the cellar to help you discover my vines, my wines and my passion.
