Following in the footsteps of the monks and Marc Meneau, I cultivate 2.5 hectares of Chardonnay and a few acres of Pinot Noir in 4 localities.
I follow the principles of biodynamic viticulture and aim to make my wines with a minimum of intervention, respecting their climates and expressions.
