Founded in 1865, Camille Giroud from Beaune has become known for its wines with an extraordinary ageing potential. Numerous works were undertaken as well as the implementation of new vinification techniques, always with the aim of highlighting each terroir and producing wines of ever greater purity and quality, under the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits appellations.
