Domaine de l'Enclos comprises 29 hectares of organically-farmed vines. Our vines are spread over the 4 levels of the Chablis appellation, including some of the finest terroirs in the vineyard. The estate is located in the heart of Chablis, in a large property that used to be the home of the monks who worked at Pontigny Abbey. It comprises a large 19th-century building and a partly underground winery built in 2016.
