Laurent Gobet's career path was not a straightforward one, as he began in the catering trade. It was in 1992 that he decided to turn to growing vines, and his professional life took a 360-degree turn when he decided to take over his uncle's plots.
In 2020, he decided to work his 55 hectares of vines independently by creating a winery north of Hurigny, at the junction of the roads to Igé and Laizé.
