The Demontmerot estate is a vehicle for the traditions that make up Burgundy. A family estate for 9 generations, based on simple work: manual harvesting, sorting, vinification, maturing, bottling, all in our cellars.
We own 12 hectares, and work with the four grape varieties of Burgundy: Aligoté Chardonnay Gamay Pinot Noir
