The Domaine Cailletet Père & Fils is located in the small commune of Bouix, in the north of the Côte d'Or, on the border of the Burgundy and Champagne appellations.
In our 21ha of vines, we have decided to plant Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Droit.
For the management of our vines, we have chosen the reasoned fight and in January 2021, we were approved HVE (High Environmental Value).
