Bouley Pascal

For 5 generations, the expertise and the enthusiasm for wine have been passed down from father to son in our Domaine: our son Pierrick has been working with us since the 2005 vintage.

Our Domaine, which is a family holding, covers 10 hectares between Volnay, Pommard, Beaune and Monthélie.

The harvests are entirely manual, and the vinification remains traditional.

We thereby obtain red wines which are both powerful and elegant, and very expressive of their Terroir by their aromatic complexity.

All our wines are matured in our cellars for 18 months in French oak barrels and bottled by ourselves at the vineyard, ensuring a very high quality.
