A la Chapelle de La Colombière, on vénère les reliques de saint Claude la Colombière, le directeur spirituel de sainte Marguerite-Marie. Elle abrite les reliques du bienheureux Claude La Colombière (canonisé par le pape Jean-Paul II le 31 mai 1992), qui fut le confident et le soutien de sainte Marguerite-Marie dans sa mission. D’inspiration byzantine, la chapelle toute simple à l’extérieur s’enrichit à l’intérieur de mosaïques, de vitraux, de chapiteaux sculptés et peints ainsi que de sculptures offrant un décor foisonnant. En 2012, la chapelle a été inscrite à l’inventaire des Monuments Historiques.
