First day

Whether you're a beginner or avid wine connoisseur, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for, to taste wines from different appellations and different vintages, while discussing them with the professionals at their stands. For sporty people or simply hikers who like to take their time admiring the scenery, the Marathon de Chablis on the 24th is an opportunity to explore the Yonne vineyard, covered in the autumn shades of gold and garnet red.

Evening

You can expect a festive evening, musical entertainment, pasta party, and, of course, the food and wine of Burgundy!

The evening will be followed by a good night's sleep at the Hostellerie des Clos, a hotel in the centre of the village of Chablis, to make sure you set off on the right foot the next day.

Added bonus at the hotel: an exceptional wine cellar and a spa that is open all week long!

The next day

Make sure you visit the Château de Maulnes. It is also a must-see of the weekend, thanks to its intriguing shape, a one-of-a-kind in France, and maybe in the world. In the centre, there's a well with a stone staircase winding around it, leading to the 7 floors. Due to its beauty and unique nature, there are many myths and fairy tales based on this château, it is even believed that Mélusine once lived there.
