Guided tours of the Clos de la Chaînette estate are being offered to the general public as part of Fleurs de Vigne. Formerly owned by the monks of Saint-Germain Abbey, this 4.20 hectare plot is the only urban vineyard still in use in the town of Auxerre. The Clos de la Chaînette is also one of the oldest documented vineyards in France (7th century). Start in front of the Clos de la Chaînette gate, at the intersection of the Paris roundabout.
