Patisserie Blanchot

Established since 1992 in IS-SUR-TILLE, 25 kms north of Dijon, we offer a wide range of pure cocoa butter chocolate sweets that we make on site, as well as other specialities.

We only work with products rigorously selected for their quality.

Our chocolate is made from the best cocoa beans.

Specialities :
- Les bouchons d'Is: made from almond paste flavoured with very old Burgundy marc
- Les Rocailles de la Tille : made with almonds, hazelnuts, egg whites and cocoa
- Our home-made nougat: traditional with almonds, pistachios and coriander
- Our home-made nougat with honey from Is-sur-Tille.
