A fine 15th-century building with a rich Renaissance-style shopfront, watchtower and staircase tower. Originally a middle-class house, then a weavers' shop in the 18th century, it became a confectionery from 1860 to 1920, belonging to the family of Monsieur Bourgogne, and then housed a biscuit/pastry factory until 1970. It has been a listed building since 1926. Since March 2012, it has been home to the Pays Arnay-Liernais Tourist Office.
