The establishment, formerly known as Denis et Lespinasse, was taken over in 2008 by two partners from the region: Messrs Baligand and Larue. Mr Baligand is responsible for buying live animals from neighbouring farms, as well as from the well-known market in Saint-Christophe-en-Brionnais on Wednesday afternoons, and for the laboratory and shop. Mr. Larue, on the other hand, manages the wholesale meat for the butchers: carcasses, half carcasses of beef, veal, lamb, pork, etc.
We are at the service of private individuals, professionals and communities to offer quality meat. If you are a private individual, you can buy charcuterie, homemade sausages, poultry, beef, Charolais lamb, veal raised under the mother, pork, in retail or in 6 to 10 kg packages.
Our company also provides a catering service to offer you dishes prepared by us, especially for family celebrations where sauerkraut, ham on the spit, piglet and other good dishes are available, thanks to the know-how of Mr Baligand and his team.
You can order by phone, on the spot, or by mail. Please allow about ten days for delivery, depending on your order. For more information, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can inform you about our possibilities.
