La forêt qui pousse

I am a forest bath guide: I will accompany you in this gentle health practice which comes to us from Japan. Also called "shinrin yoku", it consists of a walk in the forest on an easy path chosen by the guide for its particular qualities.

The golden rules of forest bathing are: slowness and silence, which favour the connection to the essential, in oneself and in the surrounding nature.

This deep immersion in the heart of Life takes place in a gentle atmosphere; it is punctuated by sensory, contemplative or recreational explorations (called "invitations") and times of sharing - in pairs or in groups.
Each participant is thus led, in stages, to explore the forest in depth, to anchor what is experienced, to connect with oneself and with others: a unique way of discovering nature in a different light.
The Shinrin Yoku walk ends with a "tea ceremony", the high point of the session, with nibbles and small talk!

I propose walks in the Brionnais, the Charolais, the Haut-Clunisois, the Haut-Beaujolais, for an optimum comfort, these outings are done in groups of 10 people maximum.
