The recipe is simple:
- incorporate a selection of quality cheeses. Whether they are pre-cut whole or melted, we make trays for your aperitifs, raclette and meals,
- A few products from local grocery shops to accompany them,
- We can mix goat, cow and sheep cheese to satisfy the greatest number of gourmets,
- and to finish, a smiling saleswoman who will be able to advise you.
