What remains of the castle are the walls and surrounding towers, as well as the imposing postern with its machicolations, which defended the main entrance (on three levels, including the terrace accessible during the tour).
The scale of these remains, and their location atop a rocky outcrop, give the whole an impressive majesty and power.
Numerous exhibitions inside.
In the lower town, don't miss the beautiful Romanesque church dedicated to Saint Romain and the listed lime tree, the wash-house, the birthplace of Jean-Roch Coignet, author of the famous Cahiers du capitaine Coignet, and that of engineer Jean Bertin, the father of the aerotrain. Picnic area and children's play area near the sources of the Druyes.
