Château de Meauce

The castle of Meauce is one of the oldest in the Nivernais. Meauce is mysterious in more ways than one.
Its round shape makes it unique.
It is also mysterious because of its location: an ancient feudal mound which dominated the Allier and from which it borrowed its structure
Meauce, beyond being one of the oldest, is also one of the strangest castles of the Nivernais.
